Our Sales Policy
Every purchase at Absurd Laboratory is final. We take great care in crafting and fulfilling each order, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy.
When We'll Make It Right
While we're unable to accept general returns, we're fully committed to resolving issues that are within our control. We'll gladly accept a return or send a replacement if:
- The item received has a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item was shipped due to our error
If either of these applies, please reach out to us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@absurd-laboratory.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll review each case with care.
How the Return Process Works
- Get in touch: Email us at info@absurd-laboratory.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
- Wait for confirmation: Our team will get back to you with return instructions and a shipping address.
- Send it back: Please ship the item within 7 days of receiving our confirmation. We recommend using a trackable service, as we're unable to take responsibility for packages lost in transit.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our end, we'll cover all return shipping costs — as well as the shipping for your replacement item.
Items We're Unable to Accept Back
The following items fall outside our return policy:
- Remake / Custom / Made-to-Order items
- Sale or clearance items
- Items sent back without prior authorisation
