Shipping

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. We pack every package with care to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping Rates & Times:

  • Hong Kong — Free over HKD 1,000 | 3–4 business days
  • Macau — Free over HKD 1,500 | 5–7 business days
  • Asia — Free over HKD 1,500 | 7–10 business days
  • Rest of World — Free over HKD 2,000 | 7–14 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipment notification by email or SMS with your tracking details. If you haven't received a tracking email, feel free to reach out to us at info@absurd-laboratory.com — we're happy to help.

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and your courier will be in touch with any customs clearance details. Please note that customs procedures may occasionally add to your delivery time.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Returns or replacements are only accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. To request a return, email info@absurd-laboratory.com with your order number and photos. Return shipping is free for valid errors. Custom, sale items, and unauthorized returns are excluded.

If you have a manufacturing defect or received the wrong item, you must contact info@absurd-laboratory.com within 7 days of delivery. If they authorize the return, they cover all shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.

Custom, made-to-order, and sale items remain ineligible for return.

Because every purchase at Absurd Laboratory is final, orders generally cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once they have been placed. We take great care in immediately preparing and crafting each order, which means the production or fulfillment process begins right away.

However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to request an urgent change (such as correcting a shipping address or updating an item detail), please follow these steps:

  1. Email us immediately at info@absurd-laboratory.com.
  2. Include your Order Number and the word "URGENT: Change Request" or "URGENT: Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
  3. Clearly explain the change you need to make.

Please Note: While we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. If your order involves a custom, remake, or made-to-order item, or if the fulfillment process has already begun, no modifications can be made.
